A Christmas Party to Remember

As the year draws to a close, it’s important to take a few moments to reflect on all that has been accomplished in the past 12 months. Contractors in the We Love Sales community recently did so as they enjoyed the festivities at their Christmas party.

The event took place on December 21. It proved to be an excellent networking opportunity. People from all over the industry came together not only to celebrate the season, but to get to know each other better as well. They had a lot of fun – and even held a Secret Santa gift exchange!

The attendees certainly had a lot of success to acknowledge, and their achievements have not come easily. In addition to hard work, constant learning, and sheer drive, people in the We Love Sales network set goals to spark progress. Doing so helps them in the following ways:

• Goals Provide Direction: When decisions must be made and tasks must be prioritised, professionals prefer to set goals as end points. They opt for whichever actions will best help them fulfil their objectives.

• Goals Are Means of Measurement: By setting short-term milestones along with their long-term goals, people can assess their progress. Each new objective reached is an indicator of success and source of renewed motivation.
