Recently, a few We Love Sales consultants travelled to the Ignite 2017 event. This included a day of coaching and an evening gala. Everyone who attended enjoyed participating in both events. Coaching and awards are how business consultants achieve tremendous professional growth, so we’re always excited when they attend events like Ignite. A little skills development, networking, and celebrating goes a long way. These events are always exciting ones to which we look forward.
During the day, business owners and administrators alike participated in coaching sessions. These were designed to help people target the specific skills they need to improve. Getting this hands-on, special attention is a great way to make huge progress or refine a specific technique. Consultants also had chances to learn about best business practises from industry leaders who have really mastered the process.
In the evening, there was a gala dinner. We Love Sales consultants were dressed up and had an occasion to network with everyone else who attended the event. There was also an awards ceremony, where consultants in the industry who have performed above and beyond expectations were fêted by the group. This gave everyone a chance to see what level of success can be accomplished through hard work and constant learning.
There’s more to our work than just going to events.
