The brand ambassadors who work within the We Love Sales network are dedicated professionals always looking for ways to grow their skills. To help facilitate this, a coaching and leadership seminar was offered that was targeted towards those who are on the verge of opening their own businesses. The goal was to give them some insight into how a business runs and what the industry best practises are.
The seminar consisted of strategy meetings, open forum talks, and chances to network with industry leaders. It equipped each consultant with the tools they most need to be able to walk out on their own and succeed. Opportunities for one-on-one coaching and feedback from industry leaders on a variety of different skills were also available. Each person could choose to attend the sessions most valuable for them.
“The coaching is a great way to make a huge impact,” shared We Love Sales management. “We aren’t just standing in the front of the room and presenting our best business practises. That’s one way to share information, but not a great way to rapidly build skills. Coaching lets individuals who have successfully applied these practises for years work directly with new consultants who could most benefit from their assistance.”
