Business Travel to the Western Isles

Business trips yield plentiful benefits for the consultants in the We Love Sales community. From learning and networking to fun and relaxation, every excursion offers potential for growth. The latest of these events was a trip to the Western Isles.

Liam took charge of the annual adventure, ensuring that it was full of entertainment. He is an expert with lots of experience in our industry. Some We Love Sales clients also attended; they expressed great confidence in his abilities. Plenty of other professionals attended as well.

Here are a few outcomes that have surfaced from the trip so far:

• Heightened Trust: Spending time together away from their usual routines allows colleagues to get better acquainted with each other. By focussing on each other in a relaxed setting, they enhance their relationships. Heightened trust soon follows.

• Improved Communication: It makes sense that with more knowledge and comfort among people, the more effectively they communicate. They learn who enjoys humour, for instance, and who is most detail-oriented. These insights inform the ways they interact.
